Ninneth Villa. The one-bedroom villa comes with a separate dressing room that connects to a luxurious bathroom fitted with a separate shower, bath and washbasin. Guests can enjoy dinner under the roofed terrace that overlooks the tropical garden and pool. The villa also comes with access to a garden area and a timber-deck terrace with an outdoor shower and a waterfall. Please note that the Ninneth Villa and Fuangfha Villa are connecting villas and can be reserved separately or together for a larger group of guests. The 2 villas are linked by a small bridge over a river. ;
Lotus Three-Bedroom Villa. Boasting views of the local temple and Doi Suthep, the Lanna-style double storey villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 terraces and a living area. It features antique teak floors and furnishings throughout the villa. Offering up to 130-sqm of living space on the upper floor, the area comes with a living room, 2 bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom, and 2 roofed terraces. The 1st floor comes with an additional bedroom and another 115-sqm ground terrace. ;
Orchid Villa. The one-bedroom villa features a separate dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin. The bedroom opens to a roofed terrace with teak benching and overlooks the tropical garden and pond. Towards the rear of the villa, there is a private terrace with a seating area and a small garden. ;
Fuangfha Villa. The one-bedroom villa features a separate dressing room, a vanity table and a bathroom with separate shower, bath and washbasin. Guests have access to a rear garden with waterfall and a seating area. There is also a kitchenette and a terrace that overlooks the tropical garden and pool. Deluxe Double Room. Located on the ground floor, the 55-sqm double room comes with a flat-screen TV, mini bar, tea & coffee making facilities and a private bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer. There is also a terrace with a seating area with views of the pool and garden. ;
Two-Bedroom Villa. The family villa is composed of 2 connecting bedrooms each with air conditioning and separate facilities. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee at the large private sun lounge that overlooks the tropical garden, plunge pool and waterfall. The second terrace is open and offers views of the rice paddy field.
