Please note that guests are to pay the fee directly at the property. (Emails are answered within office working hours 08:00–17:00 from Monday to Saturday).

The resort provides land and sea transfer fromto a hotel in Phuket or Phuket Airport to Elixir Koh Yao Yai with the following options:

Option 1: joint resort speedboat + private car:
- Price: THB 1,500 per person per way.
- Minimum requirement: 6 persons (advance reservation required).
- From Phuket to Koh Yao Yai: Pickup from Phuket AirportHotel to Phuket Pier (1 hour) + Speedboat to Elixir Koh Yao Yai (30 minutes). Total duration: 1.5 hours. Departure: 12:00.
- From Koh Yao Yai to Phuket: Speedboat from Resort BeachPier to Phuket Pier (30 minutes) + Pickup to AirportHotel (1 hour). Total duration: 1.5 hours. Departure: 11:00.
- Note: Minimum 6 passengers required for operation. Schedule may change due to passenger requirement, weather or sea conditions. Please reconfirm at least 24 hours before travel. Additional times may be available during high season. In case of adverse weather or technical problems, transfers will be made by public speedboat.

Option 2: public speedboat + private car:
- Price: THB 1,500 per person per way.
- Minimum requirement: 2 persons.
- From Phuket to Koh Yao Yai: Pickup from AirportHotel to Phuket Pier (1 hour prior to departure) + Speedboat from Bang Rong Pier (30 minutes). Boat schedule: 09:30, 11:00, 12:30, 13:30, 15:00, 16:00 or 17:00. Pickup from Chong Lard Pier to resort (40 minutes). Total duration: 2 hours.
- Koh Yao Yai → Phuket: Pickup from Resort to Koh Yao Yai Pier (1 hour prior to departure) + Speedboat from Chong Lard Pier (30 minutes). Boat schedule: 06:30, 07:00, 07:40, 09:00, 10:30, 11:30, 13:00, 14:00 or 15:00. Pickup from Bang Rong Pier to AirportHotel (40–60 minutes). Total duration: 2 hours.
- Note: Schedule may change without notice due to weather or sea conditions. Please check with reservations team prior to arrival.

Private transfer – Elixir Koh Yao Yai:
- Price: THB 10,000 per trip, one way (maximum 8 people).
- Operating hours: 06:00–18:00.
- Reservation required minimum 2 days in advance or at time of booking.
- From Phuket to Koh Yao Yai: Pickup from AirportHotel to Phuket Pier (30 minutes) + Private speedboat to Elixir Koh Yao Yai (30 minutes).
- Remarks: Transfers are non‑refundable. Private transfers on request are available. Land & sea transfers from other destinations can be arranged. Schedule may change subject to flight arrival times or weathersea conditions.

All request for late check‑out after 12:00 are subject to room availability and additional charges.
